Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine monohydrate—a remarkable compound offering a wellspring of health benefits. A tried and true test of time, this compound is no longer just a tool of the bodybuilders of old. One last important note: For those who may have pre-existing kidney conditions or utilizing any kind of medication that affects kidney function would do well to consult their personal care provider before experimenting with creatine.
The one pictured above is from my own personal stock from NutraBio, a company I have used for years and highly recommend! This one is 200 servings at 5 grams per serving, but there are various others with different amounts. If you think it may be something you’d like to experiment with, just be sure the label reads creatine monohydrate, as this is the most studied form. I also recommend using the micronized form as this is highly soluble making it easier and more readily digestible and thus more gentle on the stomach. You can take a peak here!
